- These are awesome cuz you have to wrap them in pie crust! they’re like mini pies but served in real apples!!! You also use the crust to make autumn leaves as decorations!

This looking like a healthy drink is a clever disguise! 1 I don’t think there is any real fruit in it, 2 it may not have calories or sugar, but it’s loaded with fake sugar! What I don’t get it that fruit is sweet, if they had used real fruit the water would have been delicious! All it tasted like was fake sweeter/chemical water with a hit of orange syrup!

This made my heart melt and I will never forget this in the days I don’t feel adequate as a runner.
It’s one thing to share and ask for healthy tips, but all over tumblr I see people asking others what they should do for their body and health, or if they are healthy based on their stats. NO BODY KNOWS WHATS GOOD FOR YOU BUT YOU! Just because someone looks thin or fit doesn’t mean they are healthy or know what they are doing. Some times its just good genes or maybe they didn’t get that body the healthy way. There is no way of knowing. You may need to eat more or less then they did. You may need to exercise differently then they did to reach YOUR goals. Healthy for your body could be 100% different then theirs. You want to know what’s good for you listen to your body and do your own research. You have the internet or you wouldn’t have tumblr. Or ask a doctor, trainer,or nutritionist . Someone with the training and education to give you the guidance you need.
As a fitblr myself I look to tumblr as a place to share my success and/or frustrations. I look for motivation and inspiration. I know there are people out there having just as much trouble but still going. I look for ideas, knew things to try or eat and see if they work for me.
What a yummy breakfast! Greek yogurt, and fresh strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi from the farmers market! Yum!
